We exclusively participate in the National Residency Matching Program (). All applications are processed via the .

All applicants must submit the following supplemental materials via ERAS:

  • THREE Letters of Recommendation (minimum requirement):
    • TWO letters from faculty members with whom you have worked or who know you well
    • ONE letter from the chairperson or departmental designee of your department of internal medicine OR pediatrics
  • Curriculum Vitae (as generated by ERAS)
  • Medical Student Performance Evaluation
  • Personal Statement
  • Photograph
  • Medical School Transcripts
  • United States Medical Licensing Examination (USMLE) or Comprehensive Osteopathic Medical Licensing Examination (COMLEX) transcripts
    • Regarding USMLE score submissions: Step 1 scores are required at the time of interview. Step 2 scores are required prior to interns’ official start date.

Interview Day Schedule

There will be a virtual resident meet-and-greet at 7 p.m. EST on the night prior to each interview. Our program coordinator will send further event details to applicants once their interviews are scheduled.

Interview Day Order of Events (Eastern Standard Time)

8:30 – 9:45 a.m.: Program introduction and Q&A with our PD & APD, Dr. John Stewart & Dr. Kate Wimberly

10 a.m. – Noon: Interviews with program leadership and faculty

Noon – 1 p.m.: Virtual lunch and Q&A with current Med-Peds residents
