Expert Diagnoses and Specialized Care
The University of Kentucky Asthma, Allergy, and Sinus Clinic serves as a comprehensive unit and regional referral center for adult and pediatric patients with asthma, allergy, and immunologic conditions. Our division provides expert diagnosis and specialized care for patients with upper and lower airway disease, food allergies, allergic sinusitis, atopic dermatitis and urticaria, eosinophilic gastrointestinal disorders, and immunodeficiency.
With dedicated faculty members and a highly trained clinical team, we are proud to serve patients throughout Kentucky and the surrounding region. We also collaborate with local allergists and healthcare providers to manage complex cases and advance allergy and asthma care. Our division has had a longstanding interest in asthma research, participating in numerous clinical trials, including NIH-funded studies.

Community Outreach
We are deeply committed to community engagement, patient education, and improving the quality of life for individuals affected by asthma and allergic diseases. Our team actively participates in health fairs and public service outreach through local, regional, and national media鈥攊ncluding television and radio鈥攖o raise awareness about allergic and immunologic conditions.
Since 2003, our division has proudly supported and participated in the American Lung Association of Kentucky鈥檚 Annual Asthma Walk and Breath of Life Gala. In recognition of her leadership and advocacy in lung health, Dr. Beth Miller received the American Lung Association鈥檚 鈥淟ung Health Champion鈥 award in 2012, an honor that reflects our division鈥檚 dedication as we look forward to continuing these efforts and expanding our partnerships with organizations that share our mission to improve respiratory health and education throughout the Commonwealth.
