Questions
What is an AI credit?
One shared pool per company. Credits are used when Asta handles a message, reads or makes a document, takes a call or runs a step for you. Your usage page shows what was spent, and on what.
Roughly how much does heavy work use?
Rough guides for one hour of steady work:
- Email and chat: about 40 to 80 credits.
- Phone calls: about 600 credits, and up to about 2,100 for long or outgoing calls.
- Reading a 10-page document: 1 to 15 credits.
- Making a 15-slide deck: 10 to 70 credits, at most 200.
Transcription, video and coding are not priced yet.
Will I ever get a surprise bill?
No. At 80% you get a warning. At 100% Asta keeps answering calls and messages, pauses heavy work and suggests the next plan. You decide.
Can I change plans?
Yes, up or down, month to month. There are no add-on packs.
Why per company and not per seat?
Team Asta is the record your whole firm and the people you work with write into. One price covers the company, and each plan includes a set number of people. Outside parties never pay.
What counts as an outside party?
A client, supplier or partner that Asta messages or works with in a calendar month. Contacts who just sit in your record don't count.
Do I pay for safety features like Undo?
Never. Undo on changes that can be taken back, ask-first, your spending limit and telling people they're talking with an AI are in every plan, Free included.
What do Coming and Planned mean?
Coming is being built. Planned is designed but not built yet. We price what's live today, and we don't take payment for waitlist plans until their core is live.
What about VAT?
Prices exclude VAT. Any VAT due is shown at checkout.
