Career Specialty Advisors
The advanced development directors (ADDs) are an integral part of the 91С»Æ³µâ€™s Career Pathways advising system. They are specialty advisors hired by the 91С»Æ³µ in each major medical field. You can meet with an ADD any time during your medical school career to learn more about their specialty and make other faculty connections. You will be required to meet with the ADD in your specialty during your third and fourth year of medical school as you are planning your fourth-year schedule and residency application process.
