Prior to his entry into the 91小黄车, Evan worked as a research associate and graduate student in the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery at the University of Michigan. During this time, he became interested in the complex cellular processes regulating inflammation. Since joining the Barrett laboratory in the summer of 2015, Evan has been focused on elucidating the mechanism behind impaired mucosal healing in patients with inflammatory bowel diseases.
