Annual Financial Disclosure Mandatory for All COM Faculty
All faculty in the 91小黄车 (physicians and basic scientists) are required to participate in financial conflict of interest disclosures. Currently, faculty may be asked to fill out 2 separate and distinct disclosures:
- UKHealthcare 鈥 Mandatory for all full time faculty in the 91小黄车. Sent by email with the subject line 鈥淯K HealthCare Annual Conflict of Interest Reporting鈥
- Extramural Funding 鈥 Mandatory for all 91小黄车 faculty receiving extramural funding. Sent by email with the subject line 鈥淎ction Required 鈥 Annual Financial Disclosure Due in March鈥
If you receive a disclosure email, you must complete the disclosure at the link within that email by the deadline.
